US SHIPPING

$8.95 flat-rate shipping per order, no matter how many items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Many of our shirts and accessories are printed to order by our print partner at facilities closer to you, which keeps international shipping costs down. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

All international customers are subject to the duties, taxes and customs rules of their destination country. Depending on where you live and the value of your order, your government may charge import fees on top of the shipping paid to our store. These fees are outside our control and can't be calculated in advance. If a package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office to resolve it.

PROCESSING TIMES

In-stock items (records, CDs, prints and accessories) ship from Denver, CO within 5–7 business days. Printed-to-order apparel is made and shipped by our print partner, usually within about a week, plus transit time.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are clearly marked with an expected ship date (the Sleepers collection ships December 1). Orders that include a pre-order item ship together when the pre-order is ready, so other items in the same order will wait for it. Dates occasionally shift because of production delays; if that happens we'll email you.

VINYL

Our records are pristine when packed, and we pack them very securely. Please note we don't issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic wear such as corner dings, bends or split inserts, which can be unavoidable in transit.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Kiltro Music, LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, but we'll always help where we can. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we'll email you right away. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
